A man, believed to be in his 20s, entered the new year with a bang when he careened into the wall of one of the Lowveld’s top law firms on January 1.
CCTV footage shows the incident occurred at about 03:00. The vehicle can be seen crashing straight into the premises’ wall, hitting one of the poles of a carport in the process.
The footage then showed the vehicle being towed away, followed by another clip of the police’s arrival. It shows what appears to be the driver of the crashed car getting into the passenger side of the police vehicle.

Hi-Tech Security also attended the scene as the hired security company of the law firm.
Lowvelder is awaiting confirmation from the police about whether a case has been opened. Meanwhile, the firm is in the process of gathering information on the driver.
