Pumas pay visit to kids of Pediatric Care Africa

Several Phakisa Pumas players spent Reconciliation Day with Pediatric Care Africa (PCA) last Wednesday to hand over sweets and Christmas parcels to children.

PCA’s Dr André Hattingh said, “We had a number of ‘super fans’, both big and small, who were very excited to hear that the Pumas were popping in for a visit to spread some joy among our children who needed a bit of cheering up.

“A few little ones were a bit sceptical about the mascot at first and made sure their moms stayed close by, but quickly realised that he is very huggable and friendly.

“Thank you for spending your day with us and making so many little children’s hearts happy,” he said.
