Load-shedding announced as cold front hits SA

Eskom warned that any further deterioration may necessitate the implementation of load-shedding at short notice.

Shortly after this statement, it announced that load-shedding stage 2 will be implemented from 16:00 today. It will be suspended at 22:00 and resume from 09:00, and will again continue until 22:00.
