Third Covid-19 case at Nelspruit Police Station

The police station is once again temporarily closed and is set to reopen on Friday.  

All communities serviced by Nelspruit Police Station are advised that this police station will be temporarily closed due to a member who tested positive for the Covid-19 coronavirus.

This is the third positive case here. The first one was reported on July 13 and the second on July 21.

The community service centre will now be operated from a mobile caravan which is at the front entrance of Nelspruit SAPS at 15 Bester Street.

To access the station, the community should call 082-303-9658, 082-462-2582 or 066-480-1408 for all emergencies and complaints which will be attended to accordingly.

The telephone lines will not be accessible for the duration of the station’s closure; however, service delivery will not be hampered.

The building will be decontaminated and services will resume normally on Friday July 31.

The SAPS management in Mpumalanga apologises for any inconvenience that may arise.
