Local Choice Pharmacy at the Village Centre in Mbombela is raising money for the Nelspruit SPCA during lockdown.
Lize Pienaar, chairperson of the Nelspruit SPCA, said the lockdown is preventing the SPCA from holding fundraisers that would otherwise help them pay salaries and vet bills.

The Local Choice Pharmacy will pay the SPCA R1 for each like the pharmacy gets on their Facebook page.
They are aiming for 5 000 likes on Facebook, which would raise R5 000 for the SPCA.
