MBOMBELA – Ex-provincial Hawks head Mr Simon Mapyane testified in court that the previous provincial police commissioner conspired to get rid of him.
Mapyane appeared in the Regional Court on various counts of fraud he was charged with in 2013 on Wednesday.
The case against Mapyane was instituted after he had filed remuneration claims totalling more than R13 000.
