A multivehicle accident on the R40 near the turn-off to the Ingwenyama Conference and Sports Resort on Friday morning, July 28, led to a major traffic backlog from White River in the direction of Mbombela.
It is unclear how the accident occurred. Reports from the scene indicate there were no injuries.
It is understood the road is open and traffic is flowing.
