Search for missing Barberton person in progress
A Hi-Tech control room operator went missing on July 22. A missing person case has been opened.
A missing person case has been opened for Frederick (Erik) Vermaak, a control room operator of Hi-Tech Barberton.
Vermaak was last seen on July 22 at 05:00 when he was dropped off at home in De Villiers Street, Barberton, after completing his night shift.

According to reports, he apparently left home an hour later in his white Nissan hardbody double-cab 3000l V6 with black roll and nudge bar, registration CFG 620 MP.
