Towing and security services went out to a vlei in Mbombela in which a car had landed early this morning, December 2.
The accident occurred when the car ramped off Ehmke Street near the NG Kerk-Suid. The cause is still unclear.
Securicon Lowveld alerted towing services about the incident. The vehicle had come to a standstill about 7m to 10m down the vlei.
The vehicle’s extraction proved difficult at first, but was ultimately carried out after a few hours.

Although the driver sustained a minor injury to his head, he and the other passenger escaped almost unscathed.
