Breaking news: Bad storm destroys two classrooms at Pro Gratia Learning Centre
MBOMBELA – Two classes have been damaged by a huge storm which hit the Pro Gratia Learning Centre today.
Principal of Pro Gratia, Andri Bester described the extent of the damage: “Two of the classrooms have been affected by this terrible storm. One has been utterly destroyed while the walls of the other are in the process of caving in.”
According to marketing manager Yulandi Jansma, the pupils had been told to go to their classes when the teachers noticed the storm. The ferocity of the storm removed the roof of one classroom. This caused it to collapse. The other was severely damaged and has been deemed unsafe for learning.
