Grab your pillow and join the conversation

The dress code is strict: it is compulsory that women wear pajamas and bring along a pillow, be it their real cozy sleepwear or lingerie.

Networking is redefined every year when local businesswomen come out to dine in their pajamas.

The South African Council of Business Women’s (SACBW) annual all-female PJs and Pillow Talk event takes place at Emnotweni on August 25. The theme is “PJs on the beach”.

This fun event is always a great success and epitomises what the council aims to achieve, namely greater camaraderie and – by extension – cooperation and support among local businesswomen.

The dress code is strict: it is compulsory that women wear pajamas and bring along a pillow, be it their real cozy sleepwear or lingerie.

R300 gets you in the door and the cost includes a three-course dinner. All proceeds raised will be in aid of GRIP.

A cash bar will be available and the evening promises to be filled with chatter and laughter.

This year females are in for a treat with famous funny woman Shaleen Surtie-Richards acting as MC. The evening’s entertainment will be provided by comedian Karien van Niekerk who will perform her one-woman show Dolores se dagboek.

Only a limited number of tables are left, so do not delay making your booking. You do not have to be a member of the council to join in the fun. Bring your friends and see what the SACBW is all about.
