LYDENBURG – The Steelburger/Lydenburg News Matric Farewell 2014 competition has drawn to an end.
The newspaper run the competition online and although we did not receive many entrants locally, many entries were received from other towns as far away as Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein. Unfortunately these entries could not be considered for the competiton.
This week we publish the entries that we received and readers, family and friends have the chance to vote for their favourite matric couple.
To vote for your favourite matric farewell photo, SMS the relevant keyword to 35954.

The voting line are now open to Friday December 5, 2014. The finalist with the most votes win.
The winner will be contacted telephonically/via email by Steelburger on Tuesday 9 December.
The winner will be responsible to collect his prize from the Steelburger/Lydenburg News offices at 46 Viljoen Street Lydenburg before 15 December 2014.
