Businesswomen meet on the Lowveld Country Club bowling greens

The members of the South African Council for Business Women met and enjoyed some healthy competition on the bowling greens of LVCC.

Local businesswomen got to bowl and relax during the monthly networking session by the South African Council for Business Women (SACBW) Nelspruit on Wednesday November 8.

This monthly meeting was unique as they met for games of bowls at the Lowveld Country Club (LVCC).
The aim of the event was for the members and guests to meet, have some fun and make memories.
According to SACBW Nelspruit, it was a day of making friendships and a touch of healthy competition on the greens.

The members and guests support one another’s businesses as much as possible to help them each grow.

Tracy-Erin Duggan of the council said the teams were drawn at random, which gave the ladies a chance to step out of their comfort zones and meet new people.

“We had about 49 women on the bowling greens at LVCC. A mixture of newbie players and seasoned pros; everyone had a blast. It was an excellent way to network and build relationships in a relaxed and fulfilled environment. We will definitely make this an annual event.”
