Conveyancing secretaries meet up at function

A unique idea to meet the faces of the secretaries behind the various conveyancing firms in Mbombela at a recent event proved to be a huge success, with loads of spoils and laughter.

“Meeting the face behind the voice.”

It was a first in the history of Mbombela’s Conveyancing Law Firms on Saturday October 28, when a very successful function in honour of conveyancing secretaries was hosted at Woodstock 69 Pub & Grill.

The idea behind the special event was to allow secretaries of the various conveyancing firms in Mbombela and White River to meet face to face, as opposed to only over the telephone, and share their experiences.

Alda Coats, Kylie Bezuidenhout, Annatjie Heskes, Steph Nieuwenhuis and Natasha Minnaar.

With FNB as the main sponsor, each lady was spoilt with a specially designed tumbler and a personalised T-shirt. Food, drinks, giveaways, lucky draws and many other fun prizes were given out throughout the day.

Yvonne Maree, Karin Entres, Michelle Stanton, Suzel Kitchen, Corrie van Vuuren and Engela van der Walt.

The occasion included a presentation by Lindsey Mitchell, an investment specialist of FNB.

Legal Suite sponsored the goody bags and a special table for those ladies with a sweet tooth.

Interesting quizzes and games were also part of the programme, allowing these women, a vital part in the success of conveyancing firms, to really get to know  one another on a more personal and social level.

The plan is to ensure this Mbombela event will become an annual one on the city’s social calendar, as it is in Gauteng and the Western Cape.

The organisers wish to express their gratitude to all the sponsors whose contributions made this an unforgettable event.
