Two Mbombela soccer teams the champions of prestigious tournament in Johannesburg
Global Soccer School International Nelspruit's youth teams took on the best in South Africa.
The Global Soccer School International Nelspruit won the U13 and U9 divisions of the Global Soccer Schools World Cup Tournament.
The event took place at Johannesburg Old Parks Sports Centre in Johannesburg from September 22 to 25.
Global Soccer School International results:
U8: 7th.
U9: 1st.
U10: 7th.
U11: 2nd.
U12: 6th.
U13: 1st.
“Congratulations and best wishes to our boys and girls who represented Mpumalanga, especially Nelspruit, very well during the tournament by winning two champions’ trophies as well a runners-up place,” said Zabilon Maduana, Global Soccer School International Nelspruit owner.
“We are so happy to see the fruits of youth soccer development and hope the talents will be exposed to higher levels.”
