Mediclinic Nelspruit receives Diamond Arrow Award

Mediclinic Nelspruit was acknowledged at PMR.africa’s awards ceremony at The Capital Hotel on February 16.

PMR.africa is a division of CJ Hattingh & Sons, a consultancy and research company based in South Africa.

The purpose of its awards ceremony is to create an opportunity and platform with which its coveted Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards can be handed over to companies, institutions and individuals that have excelled in their respective fields.

Mediclinic Nelspruit was awarded the Diamond Arrow Award, ranking first overall in the private hospitals category for Mpumalanga.

The award is the culmination of a research process in which companies and institutions are rated based on respondents’ perceptions, with a strong focus on evaluating and measuring customer service and satisfaction.

Mediclinic Nelspruit’s management thanked the hospital’s staff, doctors and other support services who helped to achieve this award.
