WATCH: Giant crocodile spotted in Matsulu

Officials of the Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency have reported that the reptile had returned to a nearby river.

A giant crocodile was spotted between some houses in Matsulu today, February 13.

Some videos and pictures shared by a Facebook user of the name Mayidela Mathebula captured the creature.

Some community members rushed to protect themselves from the reptile. They also suspect it had made its way to the area due to the overflowing rivers in Nkomazi.

Some citizens claimed their dogs are missing, and the crocodile could have consumed them.
