Hospice’s fundraising beach party promises to be a blast

The usual mouth-watering Greek fare will be on offer, along with Zorba-style dancing, plate breaking, Ouzo shots, gin tasting and live music from Annemarie.

Having fun for a good cause at the end of a long year is always a worthwhile outing. Nelspruit Hospice is hosting one of its last fundraisers for 2022 with its much-anticipated beach party at The Greek Kouzina on Saturday November 26.

The usual mouth-watering Greek fare will be on offer, along with Zorba-style dancing, plate breaking, Ouzo shots, gin tasting and live music from Annemarie.

Speaking on the ongoing need for funding for its palliative care patients, the CEO of Nelspruit Hospice, Landi Bezuidenhout, said, “We often receive calls from small Mpumalanga towns requesting care, but unfortunately, Nelspruit Hospice only has sufficient funding to assist patients within a 30km radius.”
