Mpumalanga Premier denounces allegations of being ill
The Premier of Mpumalanga, Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane, stated that information of her being ill, published in a national media print publication recently, were untrue.
In a press statement, the premier said that she “wishes to re-iterate the fact that the allegations outlined in the publication are entirely baseless and are not informed by facts”.
Mtshweni-Tsipane confirmed that she is in good health, “and remains committed to ensuring that Mpumalanga enforces compliance with regulations aimed at flattening the curve of Covid-19 infections”.
