MBOMBELA – The city and surrounding areas were heavily affected by power outages on Thursday morning.
Well-known resident Thea Rix advised that it was most certainly not load-shedding. A warning of possible load-shedding for last night had been issued, but was not implemented.
Rix said the outages on Thursday were widespread, but were not load-shedding. She urged people to report power outages so that the faults could be attended to.
