Truck driver dies in accident on R40 between Mbombela and Barberton

MBOMBELA –  Emer-G-Med medical staff along with towing services and Mbombela Fire Department managed to get to the scene.

“It was a car carrier truck that lost control and went over the embankment and travelled about 1.8 kilometers. Unfortunately the entire rig with vehicles on the back was burnt out and the driver succumbed to his injuries,” said Emer-G-Med’s Martin Jeffrey.
