The who’s who arrive at the SOPA 2018
It was all glitz and glamour on the red carpet at this year’s official opening of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature.
MBOMBELA – More than 1 300 guests are in attendance for the ANC Deputy President, and Provincial Premier, David Mabuza’s State of the Province Address (SOPA) this morning.
The address is set to highlight the achievements of the 2017/2018 financial year as well as indicate the manner in which the province plans manage its finances in the 2018/19 year.
Priemier Mabuza arrived to much fanfare and was welcomed by a SAPS band and guard of honour and a salute by the police commissioner.
All proceedings will be live on DSTV Parliamentary channel 408, Ligwalagwala FM, Ikwekwezi FM and provincial community radio stations from 10 in the morning.
