The Rest Nature Estate wins international awards
The awards were won at the Africa & Arabia Global prize-giving event which took place recently at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Dubai.
The Rest Eco Nature Estate recently proved that it is, in fact, better than the rest.Its new marketing campaign, extensive infrastructure spend and new product offerings all contributed to the development being recognized with two international property awards.
The awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program throughout the regions, and are a first for a residential developer in Mpumalanga. The objective is to recognize excellence in the property industry worldwide. It is judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The developers explained that since Sanlam acquired 100 per cent ownership of The Rest Eco Nature Estate in 2013, and appointed Secondlifestyle as development managers in the same year, they invested considerably in new infrastructure, including security, to restore and rebuild the brand and boost investor confidence.
As a result, the following year saw a market turnaround, and an expanded marketing campaign which ensured a continued growth in sales for the past four years.
