The R36 between Ohrigstad and Lydenburg is notorious for the number of accidents that occur on a specific stretch of the road, between the Spekboom Bridge and Krugerspost.
A delivery truck and a chrome ore carrier collided on Tuesday September 13 just before 15:00
Members of the Lydenburg SAPS, Thaba Chweu Emergency Services and the Lydenburg Traffic Department were on the scene to lend assistance.
The driver of the chrome ore carrier sustained injuries on his left leg. Netcare 911 treated him on the scene.
