Top SANParks official back in court on allegations of assault
A top SANParks official was back in the Bushbuckridge Magistrate’s Court on June 2.
BUSHBUCKRIDGE – The accused faces charges of assault and sexual assault laid against him on May 7 in Skukuza. It is alleged that he, along with three others – two of whom are also SANParks employees – lured a woman to his house in the Skukuza staff village.

He then allegedly made advances towards her before beating her. He received R2 000 bail in the same court on May 11 and is currently on special leave from his position in SANParks until the matter is resolved. The matter has been postponed for further investigation.
