Teachers reap reward of hard work
Three Uplands College teachers, Clare Bolingbroke, Celeste Smith and Amy Phillips, recently completed their honours degrees in education.
Bolingbroke received her master’s degree cum laude in clinical psychology, specialising in applied research and Smith studied through the University of Stellenbosch and received a BEd Honours, cum laude, specialising in educational support.
Phillips completed her BEd Honours through the University of Pretoria and specialised in teacher education and professional development, also completing her degree cum laude. “Uplands supports and encourages continuous professional development for its staff.
