Each person of the Sempre Vino Ensemble in Mbombela received a click track of the famous Simon and Garfunkel classic, “Bridge Over Troubled Water”, arranged by Kirby Shaw. They then recorded their own voice parts on their cell phones.
Walter Fourie of Lowveld Chamber Music Association mixed the voices together and JoAnn Kulesza recorded the piano accompaniment all the way from Baltimore in the United States
