Fun and laughter while getting fit at La-ciel Studio

La-ciel Aerial Studio is a place where women of any age can walk in, feel safe and have a good time.

The studio officially opened on Saturday with a free session for everyone who walked in.
Classes on offer include aerial silk, pole fitness, bungee fitness and aerial yoga.
Lizelle Grobler, the co-owner of the studio, told Lowvelder that everyone needs some positive energy and fun in their lives.
“If you can lose weight and get fit while doing so, why not?”
Karolina Blom attended on Saturday. “My time spent here was awesome, amazing and full of energy. This is really a catch-up on exercise.”
Her friend, Natalie Kincaid also signed up. “Come with your friends, the more the better,” she advised. “The trainers are really friendly, fun and inclusive.”
The classes are suitable for people of all ages. Filly Dewitt (77) said it was “very nice”.
“I was testing my knees, but I see they are okay. It will take time to adjust, but it is enjoyable.”
Her best friend of 48 years, Altha Schutte (74), added that La-ciel Aerial Studio is a good place to come to have a laugh and that “laughter is good for the body. I won’t go to the gym, but I would come here.”
La-ciel also plans to offer stress relief classes, slimming classes, lymph drainage, defence classes and much more in time.
Each week a kinesiologist and biokineticist are available to attend to clients.
Crisp Cup Coffee owner, Melanie Bezuidenhout, serves Asian food, smoothies, coffee and juice on site.
Clients who sign up in February will receive an extra three free classes.
