Rambo embarks on another deadly journey one last time

They drew first blood, now Rambo will draw the last blood.

Almost four decades after he drew first blood, Sylvester Stallone is back as one of the greatest action heroes of all time, John Rambo.

The kill count rises this spring, with John going on another action-packed journey as he must confront his past and unearth his ruthless combat skills to exact revenge in a final showdown fittingly named, Last Blood.

Haunted by memories of Vietnam, this ex-Green Beret is facing enemies and unearthing his ruthless combat skills for one final mission.

The last chapter of this legendary series sees John go through a deadly journey of vengeance and weapons. Just like his namesake John Wick, John Rambo finds himself fending off enemies from all directions, facing the age-old story off kill or be killed, John will not go down without a fight.

After decades of living in isolation, he finds himself seeking to become a part of society again. He’s been accepted into a family he loves and wants to protect them. After years of making his home in a remote corner of the globe, Rambo made the fateful decision to return to the US, where we last saw him walking down a dusty path to a horse ranch, and past a rusted mailbox inscribed with his family name.

John Rambo had finally come home.

Rambo’s return also means the return of danger. After just one night with his family, a family member does not return home, John’s worst nightmare is realised as his loved one is drugged and abused by a dangerous cartel member right in front of his eyes.

Fueled by guilt and vengeance, Rambo prepares for all-out war.

They drew first blood. He will draw last.

Catch Rambo: Last blood, in cinemas this Friday, 20 September 2019.
