Former Miss South Africa Bokang Montjane may have pulled a Pabi Moloi on us and secretly got married to her long time partner Kaizer Chiefs captain Siphiwe Tshabalala.
Montjane, who was crowned Miss South Africa in 2010, opened up about her relationship with Tshabalala on Khanyi Mbau’s show, Katch It With Khanyi, recalling how she met and fell in love with her soccer star beau.
“We met for the first time at Kaya FM in 2011. Siphiwe was leaving the station after an interview and I was arriving for mine. We ended up taking pictures together because he asked for one, and then when he asked for my number I refused,” Bokang explained to Khanyi.
She added that Tshabalala eventually got hold of her number and that was the start of their romantic relationship.
The couple remained private about their affairs, until the birth of their baby boy.
Montjane always referred to Tshabalala as her partner, until Wednesday, when she referred to him as her “hubby”. Montjane posted two pictures on Instagram and captioned them: “I think he loves his wife” and “Last night with good people and hubby”.
We would not be surprised if the couple got married, they have never been fond of sharing intimate details about their relationship. Congratulations to the couple, we wish you many more years of marital bliss, that’s if you are married.
