Daily if possible. Walk, swim, run, hit the gym – whatever works for you, as long as you’re moving. Exercise helps body and mind, and is exactly what you need when things get a little too much for you.
Because you deserve it, and also because you really need it. Take time out with a good book, listen to some new tunes or just by get some fresh air.
For what you do have, and know that this stressful period will pass, as does everything else in life.
There’s no better place than the comfort of your own home to feel safe, secure and content.
Do things that make you happy and keep smiling.
They are bound to lift your spirits, distract you for a while and make you feel better than you did before.
