But don’t worry, we have a solution that’s both tasty and easy. Meet our yummy noodle omelette – it’s simple to make, explodes with flavour and will surely fill up your tummy.
How to make a Noodle omelette
Ingredients
2 packets 2-minute noodles (chicken flavour), cooked and drained
6 large eggs
1 sachet chicken flavouring from the noodles
10g parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp oil
Method
Cut the drained noodles so that they’re not so long, then beat the eggs and add to noodles. Pour in contents of flavour sachet and stir together. Add cheese and mix right through.
Add oil to hot frypan. Add mixture and smooth to an even thickness with a spoon. Cover with lid and cook at medium temperature until the top is cooked.
Place a plate over the top and flip the omelette upside down onto the plate. Slide the omelette back into the frypan to brown for 1 minute.
Place omelette onto paper towels to soak up oil. Let cool for 1 minute then cut to your taste. Serve hot or cold.
