What’s for dinner? Crumbed pork strip nachos

Few dishes can bring the family together like a big plate of cheesy nachos, right? Since everyone has tried nachos at least once, why not put a new spin on them by using crumbed pork strips? Quick and as easy as 1-2-3!

Serves 4

You’ll need: Eskort Crumbed pork strips; 400g nacho chips; 250g cream cheese; 1 cup feta, roughly chopped; 2 cups store-bought salsa; 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated; 1 cup cheddar; juice from 1 lemon; ¼ cup chopped chives; guacamole (optional); corn (optional)

How to:

Place the strips in the air fryer or oven at 180°C for 10-12 min.

Place the nacho chips on a large pan or dish.

Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and feta.

Bake the nachos in the same oven as the strips for 10 min.

Add the pork strips to the baked nachos and serve with the chives, guacamole and corn.
