Audi extends Freeway Plan for owners

Audi has joined its sister brand Volkswagen in efforts to assist customers affected by the ongoing national lockdown.

Audi has joined its sister brand Volkswagen in efforts to assist customers affected by the ongoing national lockdown. Whereas  Volkswagen extended the warranty and service periods for various products, Audi has a different aftersales programme called Freeway Plan which is a maintenance and service plan that covers all vehicles for the first five years or 100 000 kilometres and can be extended to ten years or 300 000 kilometres.

The brand has announced that it will offer a further 3 month extension period for valid Freeway Plans that are due to expire soon. To be more specific, contracts expiring between 27 March and 30 June 2020 will include an additional three months to the plan.

The extension of support is based on a period of time (three months from date of expiry within the prescribed period) and is not based on the mileage perimeters of the vehicle. The German premium automaker hopes that this additional period of support will bring some relief, convenience and ease to our customers and Audi drivers during this time.
