Bolobedu born, 28-year-old Khutso Mahowa who goes by the stage name ‘Peazfade’ has recently been nominated for four awards in the upcoming Limpopo Music Awards (LIMA) and the Sepedi Music Awards (SEMA).
The Khelo-rapper (Khelobedu rapper) has been in the music industry since 2008 and it has been through his singles titled ‘Why’ and his MaVee on the Beat assisted single, ‘Money Making Machine’ that he has scooped the recent nominations.
Peazfade has been nominated for Best New Comer and for Best Hip Hop Single in the LIMAs and he has been nominated for Best Khelobedu Artist/Group and Best Sepedi Collaboration in the SEMAs.

“This is a major breakthrough in my music career,” he said of the nominations, “My blood flows with joy and contentment.”
Born and bred in Bolobedu, Sehlakong village, Khutso Mahowa said he has been working tirelessly as an upcoming artist to eventually get some recognition.
He added that he never allowed working long, tiring hours as a petrol attendant to be a major stumbling block to making great music, stating that he was at all times determined to become the greatest Khelo-rapper.
Although all his nominations carry a weight of their own, Peazfade stated that winning the Best New Comer award would be one of his greatest successes.

“All the nominations mean a lot to me, as they are due to the fruitfulness of my hardwork. But then, honestly, it’s every hard-working, upcoming artist’s dream to be recognised as a new comer;it’s the greatest accomplishment every emerging artist could ever ask for,” he exclaimed.
To vote for Peazfade to win the Best New Comer award, SMS 1 to 47048, for Best Hip-Hop Single, SMS 75 to 47048.
To vote for him in Best Khelobedu Artist/Group category, SMS 9 to 41467 and for Best Sepedi Collaboration, SMS 88 to 41467.
