Though he was born in Soweto, he has a massive love for Limpopo which stems from having spent most of his schooling between the province and Mpumalanga.
#Mbatha currently hosts the afternoon drive on #ThobelaFM and will be moving to Capricorn FM from March 1 on a prime time show.
The 2015 MTN Radio Awards winner for Best Afternoon Drive Presenter brings with him a radio career that has seen him interact with heavy weights of the entertainment industry, both nationally and internationally, including; Hugh Masekela, Ray Chikapa Phiri, Kenny Lattimore, Al Jarreau, Brenda Fassie, Randy Crawford and Jonas Gwangwa just to mention a few.

His 2012 radio interview with Jonathan Butler saw the musician take to Twitter and rate it as one of the best interviews he’d had in recent times.
