Limpopo’s hottest frequency, Capricorn FM, celebrated its ninth year birthday on November 25.

They celebrated their big day with their clients, listeners and the business in their neighborhood. They invited the listeners to come and share the cake with them.

During his speech the station manager, Rofhiwa “Tholi B” Bologo, said “I spent the first eight and a half years as a fan and a proud Limpopo native hoping to be part of the magic one day, and the station never let me down. Capricorn FM has done extremely well, and I intend to help the station reach even greater heights. Happy 9th birthday, the top is calling,”.

The station’s Marketing Manager, Ntsieni “Big Daddy” Ramabulana, added that Capricorn FM has truly changed the radio landscape. “In the past nine years, the people of Limpopo have redefined what quality radio is thanks to Capricorn FM. The station will continue to rewrite history and will continue to set the bar as far as entertainment is concerned,” said Big Daddy.

The station gave away hampers and cash worth over R200 000.00.

The birthday celebration continued with an after party at Jembe, Meropa Casino from 8pm until 4am.

The lineup for the after party included DJ Cani B (Jembe resident DJ), Daniel Teras, Thabang Banks, Q Scotch, Master Jay and DJ DEE.
