All new and old teams (premier and super divisions) are expected to complete their affiliations as soon as possible for another epic season.

The KLG Sports committee had earlier announced that the KLG Top 8 competition was going to commence on the February 17, but due to the teams failure to complete their affiliation on time had the league announcing that the games will be rescheduled.

KLG committee explained that the late affiliation of teams prompted the league to postpone the fixture and announced that the Top 8 competitions will kick start over the weekend.

“Teams have delayed in returning the registration forms and this has forced the Sports committee to postpone the kick-off to next weekend,” read the Statement.

However, KLG mentioned that the players who are registered for the upcoming season are eligible to take field and called the teams to return the forms.

“Only registered players with 2017 cards will be allowed to play. The Committee is therefore calling upon all top 8 teams to return their completed forms as soon as possible to enable the committee to process the players’ cards.
