Saskia tackles the Mile again

Saskia Schulze is coming home to swim the Ebenezer Mile again.

Saskia has achieved so much since she had her accident 8 years ago.

This will be the 3rd time she is swimming the Ebenezer Mile

She has swum a few Open Water Miles like the Midmar Mile, the Sun City Mile and of course the Ebenezer Mile.

She has entered many cycling competitions like the Amashova and the Argus and done exceedingly well, having completed each one in good timing.

She entered a 500km Handcycle race to be completed in 5 days named the Tour de Kaap and was the first paraplegic girl ever to complete the race.

Saskia was also in the National Rowing Squad for SA and she is currently studying a B ED degree in early childhood development at the University of Pretoria.

She is busy with her fourth year.

We are extremely proud of her and wish her well for Saturdays race.
