The first boys team played at Heuwelkruin in the Super 8 league. They went in to bat and set a goal of 311 runs. Heuwelkruin only managed 108 runs. Merensky easily won this game with 203 runs.Viraj Devdhara played an excellent game making 71 runs. Asaad Patel managed 49 runs and also took 6 wickets conceding only 22 runs.The u.15 team also played in the Super 8 league on home ground, against Heuwelkruin.They set a goal of 238 runs with Dillon de Lange hitting a good 57. The best bowler was Kieran Albertus who took an excellent 6 wickets for only 12 runs. Merensky won this game with 144 runs.The 2nd team played in the A league against Nkowankowa Cricket Club on the Laerskool Tzaneen field. The game was in their pocket with 18 runs to spare.
