VACANCY: OFFICE ASSISTANT

Leolo Community Trust –Entity Founded by Palabora Mining Company to own 10% Shareholding in the Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd and with the sole intent of conducting its activities in a Non-Profit Manner and with altruistic or Philanthropic perspective by undertaking Activities to Benefit HDSA individuals in the following Communities; Makhushane, Majeje, Maseke, Mashishimale and Selwane.

Requirements

• 2 Years Work Experience
• Tertiary Qualification in Management/Finance
• Good Inter and intra personal qualities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in Excel, Internet, Word (Computer Literate)
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Understanding of Traditional Leadership Structures
• 100% Local Resident
• Driver’s License

Key Accounting Areas

• Manage the front desk/reception operation, acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders
• Assist in the administrative work of the Trust
• Active contribution to stakeholder (Communities) relationship, Customer Care
• Provide Support to Trust Administrative Management
• Overseeing clerical task, such as sorting and sending mails.
• Support Trust initiatives as may be directed
• Maintain and ensure safe working environment in compliance to Trust
• Arrange meetings, Book Venues for Meetings
• Maintain filing system, database (Archive Management)
• Provide ad-hoc support to the office and staff members.
