Ntsako Mongwe, is the founder of Rifumo Events, a local manufacturing company specialising in producing mobile equipment for events.
They manufacture executive toilets, mobile fridges and kitchens.
He sells and rents the toilets to the community and aspiring business owners.

After seeing the need to create employment and providing the youth with skills, he established a programme where qualified and non-qualified electrical engineers, plumbers and welders are trained or gain experience.

His hope is to grow the township economy and as such established the Nkowankowa Open Market where local entrepreneurs showcase and sell their services once a month.
