Nkowankowa open market growing

Nkowankowa’s young people are seeing the need to work together.

Ntsako Mongwe, a local entrepreneur has started the Nkowankowa Open Market, which aims to provide a platform for small businesses to showcase their services and products.

After his first market recently, more and more people are participating.

“The idea is for small businesses to reach out to potential clients and to provide a networking space for entrepreneurs.

“I was motivated to take action by the ‘support and buy local’ initiative founded by,

Sam Ntsanwisi which aims to encourage people to start buying locally.
