Police spokesperson, Lt Col Mamphaswa Seabi said Luricia Dimakatso Makhutudise’s mother reportedly left the teenager with her siblings when she went to the hospital around 18:30.
Seabi said when the mother returned later in the evening Luricia was not home and the other children didn’t know where she went.
“A police search operation was conducted at various locations including friends and relatives with no success,” he said.

The search operation and police investigation are underway.
