The Nkowakowa Magistrate Court has given R3000 bail to a local pastor accused of rape on Friday, November 15.
The suspect is accused of raping five minors from his church.
He is facing five charges of rape, including compelled rape in one case he allegedly raped a 17-year-old three times and in another he allegedly forced a 17-year-old boy to sleep with a 14-year-old victim.

It alleged that he used to take the victims from one of his churches to another church, promising that he will pray for them there.
After arriving at the church he would then rape them.
“As of now there are no additional charges, but rumours and no one has come forward yet.
His cases were postponed to January 28 2020, while police investigations are still continuing,” said Brigadier Matlafela Mojapelo, Provincial SAPS Spokesman.
