Tzaneen park gets a face lift

The Minitzani project is underway with its first delivery having been made this afternoon.

Last week Letaba Herald reported on an initiative that was started by Zantelle Ras through her Facebook page where she pleaded with the community for help in restoring Tzaneen to its former glory.

Ras stated that it was because she wanted her children to be proud of where they come from, and have a fun, creative place to play in at the same time.

Load of sand delivered to the park earlier this afternoon.

“Tzaneen is a family place with a lot of children in and around us and I want the same for each and every other child here,” Ras had told Herald.

Calling on anyone who can and is willing to help not only make a difference but be the change they would like to see, Ras and her husband welcomed the first change to the park this afternoon.

She has since created a Facebook page to help keep the community at large up to date about the project called Tzaneen Projects – Minitzani.

More on this in next week’s edition of the Letaba Herald.
