TZANEEN: College celebrating students achievements

Another item was added onto the day's programme which saw the Pastor also receiving an award.

A group of young, aspiring hopefuls were honoured at a graduation ceremony held at the Ivory Tusk Lodge on Friday.

Boston City Campus & Business College held a graduation ceremony for their students, not only to celebrate that they have successfully obtained their qualifications, but also to motivate and encourage them for what lies ahead for each and every one of them.

The ceremony was officiated by Brian Nkosi and Ntsako Webster Shinwana.

The event started with a prayer from Pastor Ramathoka, who also gave a word of encouragement to the graduates. Pastor Ramathoka was later given an Honorary Award for having been with the college for many years.

Graduates received their qualifications in the following fields of study: Marketing, Health, Computer studies and National Diploma in Financial Accounting to list but a few.

There was a ‘top students award’ at the end of the graduation ceremony itself where four students were awarded for their top performances.

Students who were awarded the Top Student award with the Pastor: Brenda Jonas, Benedict Movirimbe, Pastor Ramathoka, Hlamalani Ngobeni and Kgaugelo Maphosa.

Brenda Jonas was awarded top student for Business and Admin, Benedict Movirimbe was awarded top student for Computer studies (software programmes), Hlamalani Ngobeni was awarded top student for Health, Sports and Wellness and lastly, Kgaugelo Maphosa was awarded top student for Management and Marketing.
