The residents at God’s Haven were overjoyed with the surprise visit.

Ronnie, the manager of Wimpy Lifestyle arranged the visit as part of their community outreach program where they do something for the community twice a year.

“You are all very welcome to come to Wimpy and enjoy a cup of coffee!” exclaimed Ronnie as his staff set out to give every ‘ouma’ and ‘oupa’ in the room a warm cup of coffee.

God’s Haven would like to thank Wimpy for their generosity and would also like to take this opportunity to thank every member of the public, organisation, church, association, and everyone else that contributed to the donation of food, money, furniture, and so much more.

Everyone had big smiles on their faces.

They are especially thankful for Kruispad AGS for installing air-conditioners, MediClinic for donating beds and chairs, Thys Steynberg for his weekly delivery of vegetables donated by Letsitele Boere like Beerseun Boerdery and meat from Kallie Erasmus.

We also appreciate the weekly delivery of the Letaba Herald. Lastly, we’d like to thank the residents and their families at God’s Haven for all their love,” said the management at God’s Haven.
