High Court interdicts Makgoba youth

The High Court in Polokwane has interdicted the Makgoba Youth Structure, Frans Mokoena and four accomplices, as well as local SAPS station commanders and the Minister of Police from entering 36 farms in the Magoebaskloof area.

Judge Simenya granted an interim order applied by Makgoba Asset Management (PTY) LTD and Makgoba Dieplaagte (PTY) LTD against Makgoba Youth Structure, Frans Mokoena also known as Lehlogonolo Makgoba, Matome Makgoba, Mathukela Moyama, Lorraine Nkala and Isaac Maselane.

The order was also granted against the commanders of the SAPS stations in Tzaneen, Haenetsburg, Modjadjiskloof, the Provincial Commissioner and the Minister of Police.

The respondents are interdicted and ordered not to enter into Dieplaagte and 36 other farms situated in the province, not to interfere with or deny the applicants access to the properties, not to interfere with any of the applicants business activities conducted on the properties or otherwise.

The respondents were further ordered not to intimidate, assault, threaten, harm any of the applicants’ employees, directors, business partners, service providers or their respective families and which shall specifically include, but not limited to the employees, representatives and directors of ZZ2; Pieter Andries Dreyer and David Manamela.
