George’s Valley 4×4 Trail set to be a real family event

The day will be planned around family activities, making sure that there is something for everyone.

A George’s Valley Festival like no other. Previously known as the Georges Valley 4×4 day, the event has re-invented itself!

A challenging 4×4 day will be transformed into a family festival starting at 08:00 on the morning of Saturday, June 16, ending at 18:00.

The day will be planned around family activities, making sure that there is something for everyone.

Four Trails have been laid out to take the more adventurous into the spectacular mountains in our area. Many of these routes are not available to the general public and this will be your chance to take the whole family along and explore the area.

Registration is online and bookings have to be made before the time as limited space is available. Please take note that some of these trails will take 4.5 to 5 hours to complete, so make sure to pack a snack-box. Trails leave at 08:00 and registration will open at 07:00.

The four Trails are:
Helicopter View – on edge of the Wolkberg Mountain
Mountain Hut Trail – On top of Wolkberg Mountain
Agatha Trail – Going through Agatha to the Wolkberg and last but not least,
Baccarat Trail – Not often visited by people but paradise to the Cape Parrot.
4×4 vehicles are needed for the Trails.
